"Anyone who says they have only one life to live must not know how to read a book."
Don't judge a book by it's movie*
A sucker for Chick Lit, and as lame as it sounds books will be my escape forever. This is just one shelf out of my double stacked mini library. Addicted and Obsessed doesnt beging to cover it. I could sit here and list you all my favorite books, but surely that list wont end. My favorite genre: Chick-Lit. The stories are funny, the characters likeable, and after shocking scandals are lessons learned. i don't think i'll ever get enough of these addictive babies, they're too humerous and lighthearted. I think my number 1 recomended Chick-Lit series would have to be: The A-List by Zoey dean. Rediculusly addictive, i've read all ten books twice (: that's right. If you're a fan of the Gossip Girl book series, you will really enjoy this series. It's got plenty of intrigue, dysfunctional families, and glamorous beautiful people. Thought i'm not a fan of any serious, action packed type of fictional book, (Don't get me started on Non-fiction. Call me cynical, but those are just unbearable.ew)But just recently i started to read a fictional book called The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins. It's a trilogy, and is going to be made into a movie. it's the total opposite of the Chick-Lit genre, but can i just say, OMG, KMN, such a good read, and totally recommend that to all of you book worms! It's more of an action packed book, it took my friend ALOT of convincing to get me to give it a chance. And trust me, if i, who reads nothing but fluffy books, loved it, then all you Chick-Lit lovers probably will too.
Heres a short synopsis i found online for you:
"Katniss Everdeen, who lives in a post-apocalyptic world in the country of Panem where North America once existed. This is where a government working in a central city called the Capitol holds power. In the book, the Hunger Games are an annual televised event where the Capitol chooses one boy and one girl from each of 12 districts to fight to the death. The Hunger Games exist to demonstrate that not even children are beyond the reach of the Capitol's jurisdiction."
Did i mention theres a love triangle? :)
P.S, i'm obsessed with twilight.#Loveit.#HateOnIt. xx N
